PAL Robotics TALOS
PAL RoboticsResearch-grade bipedal humanoid with full torque control and heavy payload capacity
About PAL Robotics TALOS
TALOS stands 175 cm tall, weighs 95 kg, and can lift 6 kg per arm when fully extended. Designed specifically for research applications, TALOS features torque sensors in every joint enabling compliant whole-body control. The robot runs on ROS 2 with support for MuJoCo, PyBullet, and other simulation environments. Applications include human-robot collaboration research, bipedal locomotion studies, and industrial manipulation development. TALOS II (2024) adds higher payload capacity, upgraded computing, and enhanced manipulation capabilities for European Horizon-funded projects.
