Smart Recruiting Workflow
This workflow integrates specialized AI tools to automate the talent acquisition pipeline, ensuring a structured, unbiased, and highly efficient hiring process from initial engagement to final assessment. The Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as Recruitee, serves as the central data hub connecting all tools.
- Job Creation & Tracking (Recruitee): A new role is created in Recruitee (the core ATS). Standardized scorecards and interview kits are defined here to enforce a structured hiring process from the start. All subsequent candidate data is centralized in Recruitee.
- AI Engagement & Screening (Paradox -> Recruitee): The Paradox (Olivia) chatbot is deployed on the career site. It engages candidates 24/7, screens for 'Deal Breaker' qualifications (e.g., visa status, required experience), and automatically schedules interviews for qualified candidates, pushing the candidate profile and screening data directly into Recruitee.
- Passive Sourcing & Intelligence (SeekOut -> Recruitee): While the pipeline is running, SeekOut is used to proactively source passive talent from various platforms. Its AI identifies candidates matching the job criteria. Relevant profiles are then enriched and pushed into the Recruitee pipeline for outreach.
- Bias-Reduced Assessment (HireVue -> Recruitee): Candidates are automatically sent an on-demand video interview link via the Recruitee workflow, using HireVue. Candidates record answers to standardized questions, and HireVue uses AI to score responses based on defined competencies. The quantitative scores are passed back to the candidate's profile in Recruitee for objective review.
- Talent Rediscovery & Intelligence (Eightfold AI): Eightfold AI continually analyzes the entire company talent base (applicants, silver-medalists, employees) alongside the active pipeline in Recruitee. It proactively runs a "Match" campaign to identify and surface internal or past candidates who possess the necessary skills for the open role, reducing time-to-fill.
- Real-Time Interview Analysis (BrightHire): During live interviews managed through the Recruitee process, BrightHire records and transcribes the conversation. Its AI analyzes the call for adherence to standardized questioning and fair evaluation criteria, ensuring consistency and mitigating bias across all interviews.
