2. Subscription & Pricing Policy

While AIJACK may initially offer free access to certain features or the entire platform, we explicitly reserve the right to transition to a paid subscription model at any time. Users acknowledge that:

• There is no "free forever" right guaranteed to any user.
• We may introduce premium tiers, paywalls, or subscription fees for features that were previously free.
• We will provide reasonable notice before implementing mandatory charges for existing core functionalities.

3. Affiliate Disclosure

AIJACK participates in various affiliate marketing programs, which means we may get paid commissions on editorially chosen products purchased through our links to retailer sites.

Transparency: Our recommendations are based on our analysis of the tool's quality, not solely on commission. However, users should assume that any link to an external tool or service may be an affiliate link.

4. Fraud & System Integrity

To protect our community and system integrity, we strictly prohibit:

• No Training: Content you create, searches you perform, and private stacks you build are never used to train our AI models (LLMs).
• Anonymization: When using AI features (such as "Generate Stacks"), the data sent to third-party LLM providers is stripped of personal identifiers and is strictly limited to the necessary prompt context.
• Data Isolation: Your private data remains isolated. We do not aggregate user data to improve general model performance in a way that could leak your proprietary information.

6.2 AI Responsibility & Limitations

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content (including search results, stack suggestions, and workflow descriptions) may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations. You acknowledge that:

• You typically verify critical information from authoritative sources.
• We are not responsible for any decisions (financial, legal, technical) made based solely on AI-generated advice.
• You are solely responsible for how you use the output generated by our AI tools.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. AIJACK makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, or materials included therein.
